Returns*Refunds*Exchanges
All sales are final here at Solar Sewn. My products mainly consists of Underwear. I can not accept returns due to underwear touching sensitive areas such as genitals. I would never be able to resell that item. I will however, accept returns for other clothing that I make and sell if the item has a mistake or flaw.
Shipping:
Shipping rates are priced based on cheapest rate available. Packages are sent via Canada Post. If you require tracking please specify this since it will have an additional cost. We can not be responsible for lost or stolen items once they are shipped. Tracked packages come with insurance covering the price of the item.
